refunds.

all sales final on opened items

opened, reconstituted, or used items are non-refundable. peptides are temperature- and light-sensitive. once a vial leaves our chain of custody and is opened, purity and identity cannot be guaranteed on return.

this applies to both cosmetic and research tiers.

pre-shipment cancellation

before the carrier picks up your order, you can cancel for a full refund to the original payment method. crypto refunds return to the originating wallet; card refunds return to the original card.

email orders@drip.markets with the order id. cancellation requests received after pickup cannot be processed.

damage or wrong item

if a vial arrives broken, a seal is missing, or you received the wrong item, photograph within 48 hours of delivery and email orders@drip.markets.

verified claims are reshipped at our cost, or refunded if you prefer. batch records are cross-checked before reship.

loss in transit

if tracking stops updating or the package is marked undelivered past the carrier's stated window plus 10 business days, we treat it as lost.

customs seizures

we do not automatically refund for customs seizures. research-tier buyers confirm at checkout that receipt in their jurisdiction is lawful.

where a seizure occurs despite declared-honest paperwork, we review case by case. partial goodwill credit may be issued at our discretion. this is not a guarantee.

chargebacks

we contest chargebacks filed without a prior support contact. our policy is to resolve issues directly and quickly. please email orders@drip.markets first — we respond within one business day.

refund timing

approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.

usdc and sol refunds land immediately after the outgoing transaction confirms on-chain.

card refunds return to the card within 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank.
