what we collect

account: email, display name, chosen subdomain, and password hash when you create a drip account.

storefront activity: orders, fulfillment status, and payout records associated with your creator account.

usage telemetry: anonymized logs of page views, launch-flow steps, and platform actions used to improve the product.

payment data: handled by stripe and stripe connect. drip never stores card numbers.

how we use it

operate the platform: deliver your storefront, route manufacturing orders, settle payouts.

support: respond to help requests, investigate abuse, and resolve disputes.

product improvement: analyze aggregate usage to tune discovery, pricing, and agent behavior.

we do not sell personal data. we do not run third-party ad tracking pixels on platform surfaces.

who we share with

infrastructure providers: vercel, neon, upstash, stripe, and contract manufacturers under written data-processing terms.

legal: we disclose information when required by valid legal process or to protect the safety of users.

request export of your account and storefront data.
