methods
standard: $10. worldwide. 14 to 28 days depending on destination and customs velocity.
express: $50. us, canada, uk, eu, australia, singapore, uae. 5 to 9 days.
cold-chain (selected formulations): $80 + dry-ice surcharge. 3 to 6 days. available on cosmetic-tier peptide serums that require temperature control. creator flags the sku at listing.
creators may set a shipping threshold above which standard is free. the threshold is shown on the product page.

packaging
plain outer mailer. no branding, no ingredient disclosure on the exterior.
inner packaging carries the creator's brand, product batch, and a qr to the certificate of analysis.
glass vials are double-wrapped in kraft and foam. paper tape only. no single-use plastics in outer packaging.

tracking
you receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of fulfillment.
cosmetic-tier: tracked to door by default.
research-tier: tracked to buyer's chosen delivery point. signature required in jurisdictions where carrier policy requires it.

customs + duties
listed prices do not include import duties, vat, gst, or carrier brokerage fees. these are the buyer's responsibility.
we declare the contents honestly per the tier tag on the order. cosmetic items ship declared as cosmetics. research items ship declared as laboratory research materials.
we do not under-declare value, mis-classify, or relabel shipments to reduce duty. requests to do so will be declined.
if customs holds or returns a shipment, we coordinate with the carrier on your behalf for up to 14 days. if the hold is not released in that window, the order is treated per the refund policy.

damage + loss
broken vials, wrong item, or visibly damaged packaging: photograph within 48 hours of delivery and email orders@drip.markets with the order id.
verified damage in transit is reshipped at our cost.
loss in transit is declared after the carrier's stated delivery window has elapsed by 10 business days. verified losses are reshipped or refunded at the buyer's preference.

restricted destinations
some destinations are restricted for regulatory, sanctions, or carrier reasons. the storefront will block checkout for these addresses at time of purchase.
